Shipping and Pickup Policy

Thank you for supporting Stetson Hills PTSO. Proceeds from purchases help support our students, staff, programs, and school community.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared by PTSO volunteers. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, school schedules, holidays, fundraising campaigns, and whether an item is made to order or part of a preorder.

Any estimated fulfillment date shown on a product page, order form, or confirmation email is an estimate. We will contact you if an order is significantly delayed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. The available pickup location, date, and instructions will be provided on the product page, during checkout, or by email after the order is ready.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attempting pickup.

Orders will not be sent home with a student unless that option is specifically offered and authorized during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping may be offered for selected products. Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping estimates begin after an order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside the control of Stetson Hills PTSO.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us with your name, order number, and a description of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you and, when applicable, the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

Preorders and Fundraising Items

Some merchandise may be sold as a preorder or limited fundraising item. Estimated availability and distribution information will be provided with the product listing. Preorder timelines may change due to production or supplier delays.
